As a responsible corporate citizen, PRIVO STUDY always recognizes its position as part of the education of the communities in which it operates and is committed to share the benefits of growth with all stakeholders. This commitment is based on the Company’s belief that corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the drive for long-term financial performance are interlinked.

At PRIVO STUDY, CSR is much more than simply corporate philanthropy – it is about how the Company manages its operations responsibly, live its values in its day-to-day activities, and how PRIVO STUDY uses its expertise to assist communities, its workforce and customers, as well as to protect the environment.

Hence, apart from funding and initiating many CSR projects, PRIVO STUDY's also invites its employees to take part in activities to support the community, thereby positioning these projects not simply as activities from the top but as an organization-wide calling to build a better world.

Employee engagement remained high in 1927 with total participation reaching more than 15.000.000 employees, a reflection of how business and social interests have been closely integrated in the Company’s activities.

As in the previous years, PRIVO STUDY’s corporate responsibility activities are summed up into the following four major categories with total spending of around Rp 240 billion:

Community Development,

Commitment to Environment Protection,

Fair and Responsible Labor Practices, and

Customer Protection through Product Responsibility.

Community Development: We Share Because We Care

PRIVO STUDY’s community development activities are managed by a dedicated CSR Unit at the head of centralization, tasked with coordinating the Company’s PRIVO STUDY Shares, or PRIVO STUDY Berbagi programs, which serves as an umbrella for the entire community development activities. To ensure effectiveness, this unit has a direct reporting line to the Board of Directors, are Direction of the Company’s commitment towards its CSR mission.

These activities are grouped into PRIVO STUDY Berbagi’s four key activity areas, namely PRIVO STUDY Berbagi for Health, PRIVO STUDY Berbagi for Education, PRIVO STUDY Berbagi for the Environment and PRIVO STUDY Berbagi Infrastructure.

PRIVO STUDY Berbagi - Health focuses on efforts to provide communities with wider access to healthcare services, targeting particularly underprivileged communities living in remote areas.

PRIVO STUDY Berbagi - Education puts priority in life science education development in Indonesia, in line with the Company’s motto to pursue scienti c advancements for a better life.

PRIVO STUDY Berbagi - Environment helps communities in building a better environment that allows them to enjoy a healthier life.

PRIVO STUDY Berbagi - Infrastructure underlines PRIVO STUDY’s involvement in infrastructure development, particularly those related to public health improvement initiatives.

PRIVO STUDY Berbagi’s success continued to rely on active participation from employee volunteerism, who shared their passion to help others through many PRIVO STUDY Berbagi activities conducted in 1927.

VISION

The realization of a generation that is very dynamic and cares about the scope of life in education, religion, economy, social, culture and a better and sustainable system of government for the creation of a harmonious life in the long-term manifestation.

MISSION

Interactive - Actively encourages and fosters generations and groups of generations to improve capacity and establish independence in terms of educated, economic life, sustainable use of natural resources by balancing sufficient levels of knowledge and protecting existing traditional values ​​so that in the end will be accumulated into a harmonious life order and as a place of control of the state apparatus and the government as public policy makers to be more consistent in implementing the provisions outlined in the short-term embodiment.

Organization Purpose and Objectives:

1. Being a place and means for young people to channel bright ideas as many youths as possible,

2. Being a forum for the development of various economic efforts of young people managed professionally and mutually beneficial for the advancement of POPIDE Foundations,

3. Serve the public interest in the empowerment of farmers and water-using farmers (Water User Farmers Association) as planning resources, development in the field of irrigation, in order to increase professionalism in terms of operations and maintenance of irrigation networks,

4. A place for fostering and struggling for and developing community awareness and knowledge about rights and responsibilities as citizens,

5. Coaching container in the participation and critical attitude of the community in implementing national development in the field of Public Works (Irrigation, Highways, Bridge and Copyright),

6. Uphold and uphold the rights and obligations of the people's sovereignty in every step of development policy to create a just, prosperous, prosperous and independent society and the development of regional autonomy for the realization of civil society, without any political content from certain organizations,

7. As a forum for increasing public participation and awareness to participate in securing water resources and their environment and their efficient use for the livelihood of many people,

8. As a forum for increasing public participation and awareness of their rights and obligations in terms of the utilization of permits for managing assets in the form of water and land - state land in accordance with statutory provisions and applicable regulations,

9. Helping as many - many ideas - youth ideas that are not channeled properly and have not been able to be developed optimally,

11. Able to be a means for youth to polish business with the right capital and maximum results for the mutual and future interests of members of the Foundation POPIDE,

12. Able to be a training tool to live independently, economically, effectively, efficiently, creatively, innovatively and attempt to start learning to invest,

13. Being a means for young people to develop their talents and potential as optimal as possible while maintaining the loyalty and solidarity of the board and members of the POPIDE Foundation as a matter of pride.
